Zenreikan Aikido Southport was founded by Carl Hughes and the late Alan Howells to share traditional Aikido with the local community.

A member of the North West Aikikai, Carl teaches in the traditional style — focused on sound posture, centre, and effective technique.

Beginners and experienced practitioners alike are welcome.
